Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of all services provided by Sakyura (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. The Service

The Service provides a dashboard that measures how often your brand is cited or mentioned by generative-AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews), generates improvement content designed to be cited by such engines, and optionally — when you connect your Google Analytics 4 property — measures actual referral traffic from those AI engines. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without prior notice.

3. Registration

  1. To use the Service, you must agree to these Terms and register an account in the manner specified by the Service.
  2. The operator may refuse registration if false information was provided, prior violations of these Terms occurred, or the operator otherwise considers the applicant unsuitable.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for managing your account credentials. You may not allow third parties to use your account, and you may not lend, transfer, sell, or pledge your account.

5. Fees and Payment

  1. The Service offers a free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business).
  2. Pricing, term length, and free trial conditions for paid plans are as shown on the pricing page.
  3. Payments are made by credit card via Stripe. You must register a valid payment method.
  4. Unless you cancel before the free trial ends, the plan you selected will begin being charged automatically.
  5. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid plan at any time from your dashboard billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which automatic renewal stops.

7. Google Analytics Integration

  1. You may grant the Service read-only access only to GA4 properties you own or are properly authorized to manage.
  2. We use the integration data solely to display reports back to you. We do not share it with third parties, use it for AI training, advertising, or resale. See Privacy Policy section 3 for details.
  3. You can disconnect the integration at any time from your Sakyura dashboard or from your Google Account's "Apps with access" page.

8. AI Engines and Third-Party Terms

  1. The Service queries AI engines via their official APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, etc.) or via lawful search-result services (such as Serper.dev), in compliance with the relevant third-party terms.
  2. You are responsible for ensuring the prompts you submit do not infringe third-party rights.

9. Bot Tracker Usage

If you choose to deploy the Service's optional Bot Tracker (Cloudflare Worker / WordPress plugin / Next.js Middleware / tracking pixel), you represent that you have authority to install tracking on the target site. The tracker only forwards AI crawler access logs and does not collect personal information.

10. Your Responsibilities

  1. You may only use the Service for brands, websites, and GA4 properties you own or are properly authorized to manage.
  2. You are ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy and legality of the generated improvement content.
  3. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and agree to review the content before publishing.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws or public order and morals.
  • Infringe the intellectual property, portrait, privacy, reputation, or other rights of others.
  • Impersonate another business or brand while using the Service.
  • Connect or install trackers against GA4 properties or websites without proper authorization.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service (for example, through excessive requests or attempts to exploit vulnerabilities).
  • Register false information.
  • Violate these Terms or engage in conduct the operator considers inappropriate.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software, design, logos, and AI integration provided by the Service belong to the operator or other rightful owners. Rights in measurement data you generate or obtain belong to you, but the operator may use such data to the extent necessary to improve the Service and respond to defects.

13. Changes to or Suspension of the Service

The operator may modify or suspend the Service at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable for any resulting damages.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

  1. The operator makes no express or implied warranty that the Service is free from factual or legal defects, including defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security, or from errors, bugs, or infringement.
  2. Except in cases of the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Service.
  3. Notwithstanding the above, if the operator is liable to a user under Japan's Consumer Contract Act or equivalent law, such liability is capped at the amount the user paid to the Service in the most recent twelve (12) months.

15. Changes to These Terms

The operator may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Service after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location.
